Need Help! Does anyone have a Siemens 8xx lathe post for V2x?

Mié, 10/06/2021 - 17:55
All the historic Post Processors have been deleted, I have a lead on a Lathe license for V25 but without a starting point for the Siemens Lathe Post Processor I'm not sure I have the enthusiasm to see it through! :D

Just In BobCAD CAM Releases New Support Page -

Mar, 10/05/2021 - 17:08
Hello CNC Zone!

Over the last few months, our team has worked diligently to develop and release the new BobCAD Support site. The support website is redesigned to make it easier to find information about your BobCAD CAM software. In the past, all users needed to log into the support site to gain access to the knowledge base, recorded training events, and other information. The new site moves this information forward, helping you and your staff get up to speed faster with the BobCAD CAM software by making this information easier to access for all.

Key new areas of the site.

Need Help! Updated to the newest V30 build and now my finish passes are posting wrong

Mar, 07/27/2021 - 19:52
The software sat idle for a few years after our lathe hand moved on and we haven’t been able to find a replacement. So now I’ve been slowly going through everything and getting our Haas st25 going again. Before I updated it would post my finish passes with a g70 and just call the roughing canned cycle N numbers. Now when ever I try to post anything with a basic finish selected it leaves whatever stock was left in the roughing cycle and posts in separate lines no longer using the g70. I have double and triple checked every step and the post nothing has changed except me updating. Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.

Need Help! Scribing degree graduations on a bevel

Lun, 07/05/2021 - 20:27
I'm trying to mark graduations on the bevelled edge of a disc? I'm making a degree vernier, how do I go about getting the lines on the bevel at the correct angle, the disc has a 60° bevel about .4 wide. The numbers would be good too but not essential.
