I just obtained a DSI LRP-300 paper tape punch and reader and am in need of the service/tech manual for the device to include schematics. Is there any chance someone out there has one they could scan for me ? I would appreciate it and could cover expenses.

Je dois changer les joints des vérins pneumatiques donc je cherche les références de ceux-ci ainsi que le plan de montage. Je suis aussi preneur de toutes autres documentations sur cette CNC.

I have one spindle drive with fault on display N-NCMD WHILE run command give to drive, but motor does not rotate, I check all auxiliary voltage ok.
Any one help me please. I don't have it's manual to find this fault

I work on Willemin 408b. And yesterday I had an issue on it.

There is no problem when I start the spindle with M3 S1000. However when I want to stop her with M5. The spindle doesn't stop and this alarm appears : 1301 Time-out start/stop spindle.

But when I start the spindle with M4 there is no problem to stop her with M5.

Do you have an answer for this problem ?

Hi, was wondering if anyone can help we just acquired this machine but did not come with a manual and need some help hooking it to power not sure if it’s high voltage or low voltage. So if anyone has a manual it will be a big help to get this thing up and running thanks.

This is my first post on this forum

I installed an old CNC milling machine with a controller Fanuc Series O-M.
The machine is a Milling Yeong Chin Machinery, Type: MAX-3HP

The system firmware version is 0469 - 10
The servo firmware version is 9046 - 09
The PMC (PLC in Fanuc speak) type is PMC A1 - 01

When I turn on the machine, I have the message :
1015 pot inp alarm

And, when I try to get the spindle running, I have the message:
1002 Zero point missed.
The table is homed correctly at x=0, y=0, z=0

All amplifiers indicate "ready" with a 0 error code.

Now, I am looking for the manual of this machine

Any help will be appreciated
